Medication Management Program
The RN Health Medication Management Program is a personalized service designed to help clients manage their medications safely, effectively, and as medically prescribed, thus reducing fall risk.
Our nurses reconcile medication orders and communicate with prescribers and pharmacies to manage medication type, dosage, interactions, and side effects. Our nurses are also available between visits, to respond to medication-related questions or concerns.
