Care Management Service Fees

Every family’s situation is unique. Our goal is to provide the right level of support while keeping services flexible and cost-transparent. You are only billed for the time actually used on your behalf — never in preset increments — so you can feel confident that your investment directly reflects the care and guidance provided.

• Comprehensive Assessment – $180/hour
  A thorough evaluation of needs, strengths, and recommendations.

• Ongoing Care Management – $180/hour
  Personalized oversight, advocacy, and coordination. Time is billed by the minute for fairness and flexibility.

• Travel Time – $90/hour
  Applied when in-person visits or accompaniment to appointments are required.

• Consultations – $250/hour
  Available as a one-time session or divided into shorter segments. Often used for guidance, planning, or second opinions.
